Not even Dan is crazy enough to get rid of Shanny. A new coach cannot make a difference in one year when he steps into little talent, organization and fewer draft picks to work with. If you step into a team with a bunch of studs then yeah, you get one year. Like whoever takes over in Dallas next year, they should be expected to be a contender in year 1.
