As I said on another thread, it may not be fair but Russ Grimm's stock fell this year becuse the Cardinals' offense stunk in spades - - and it fell by quite a bit.

That was not Grimm's fault; the talent level dropped by a mile when Warner retired and Boldin went to Baltimore. But he is the OC and it happened on his watch.

He got more credit than he deserved when Warner was there throwing to Fitzgerald/Boldin/Beaston and now he gets more blame than he deserves when he has to go with John Skelton, Max Hall and Derek Anderson throwing the ball to Fitzgerald who is double and triple teamed most of the time.

Fairness has nothing to do with it. That is the way of the NFL...

Wade Phillips is going to make the Texans defense a lot better next year. Maybe enough for them to finally live up to their talent level.
