Skins have 10th overall selection. Who do we pick?

I wouldnt mind going for the best available player with the 10, then trade back into the mid 20's and snag Locker or Mallett. It's risky but I'd pull the trigger. To trade back into the first round this year with our 2nd round pick would require our first next year as well. I don't think anybody has ever traded back into the first round without either giving up multiple 2nd round picks or their first for next season.
