I would try and trade Rogers and Rocky, or get something for them, anything. It's tough to try to trade impending free agents. Sign and trades don't work as well in the NFL as they do in the NBA

My opinion (sprinkled in with some knowledge of the situations)

Rogers: He'll be back, but it could be a drawn out process
Rocky: They'll let him walk
Grossman: Working on a 2 year extension that essentially allows him to be a bridge to the next guy
Blades: Not likely to return (or so I've been told)
Brown: He stays, they're working on a new contract with him
Wilson: I'd like to see him back but I don't know
Sellers: I'm done with him, he needs to go already
Heyer: They like him, probably will be back
Buchanon: He wants a starters job, but he likes it here. I don't really know
Doughty: Should be back
Golston: Probably gone, looking go get paid. Not in our long term plans
