Re: Evaluating the Redskins Trade Bait:
Skinsnut, I think you are on to something here. we're not going to get the franchise QB we covet in this draft regardless of who we trade. I think you're brilliant.

Re: Evaluating the Redskins Trade Bait:
Trade Haynesworth, Kyle Shanahan, Mike Shanahan, Jim Haslett, D. Hall, and Casey Rabach. Mike Shanahan isn't a winner unless he has Elway. I would rehire Bobby Mitchell. I'd also rehire Charley Casserly. Stay away from Joe Gibbs, even though I love what he did for the Redskins in the 80's, but this isn't the 80's. Plus he would give away all of the Redskins' draft choices. I'm just feeling like we're back to where we were with Spurrier. We've been starting over for the last ten years.

It was beyond stupid that's why it was inane.

Skins can't be serious about Haynesworth - NFL Nation Blog - ESPN
Anyone with common sense, though, recognizes that Allen's simply trying to pretend Haynesworth has some value to the Redskins in case a team wants to trade for him. |

Lions DT Ndamukong Suh gives Albert Haynesworth a plug | freep.com | Detroit Free Press
"He's been in this exact scheme, he's been with Coach Schwartz, been with Gunther Cunningham, been with Kyle Vanden Bosch. ... It would be a great addition." Haynesworth was with those three on the Titans. |
