We need all young hungry players with homegrown vets who are dedicated to the Redskins growth and willing to mentor the younger guys. A guy like D. Green who till this day cares about the team.

I don't want guys who spent their careers somewhere else anymore. It never works out for us.

If we are going to suffer thru the pains of losing we might as well suffer while knowing we are doing things the right way. In a direction to finally have a winning team.

Just my thoughts on the matter.

To many guys came here cashed in and retired.....on the field! Find some younger dudes that are still trying to make a reputation.
Invest in a herd of high quality scouts!
.........unless a non-overthehill vet falls in your lap at a reasonable rate.
