i experienced that first hand yesterday driving back from Florida...
the drive was great...until i got to Fredericksburg...seems like everyone forgot how to drive once we crossed an imaginary line. an accident at exit 166 left a 6 mile backup...thank god the HOV lanes were open, as i was able to shoot over and keep speed. however, the morons in front of me had to slow down to almost a stop to look over at the accident and all the bright flashing lights...f'ing rubberneckers!!
