I would think that there are players that wouldn't want to wear that kind of form fitting shirt if they're not used to it. I guess they could wear a baggier version, almost like a normal t-shirt, but I think that would probably look weird, and again, can you force them to wear it?

Well, they could always fine the players each week they choose not to wear it. I would imagine a good majority wear the "under armor" stuff already, but just that what they wear is sleeveless. Looks like these under shirts are basically the same thing, but just a longer "short" sleeve.

It's part of the uniform so yes, they'd have to wear it. Sorry Osi, the gun show will have to take a back seat to uniformity.

Seriously, his looks like a basketball jersey, it looks horrible.
