Re: Championship Weekend Games Thread

It has been a good playoffs this year. My hat is off to both teams on the AFC. They are both great and are better than the two NFC finalists. The real NFL final was tonight in teh AFC game. No need to be ashamed.

Of course Green Bay has a chance to win it. I just feel that IMO the Steelers and Jets and Patriots are slightly better. Just my opinion.

The Steelers rank up there with Dallas in my book, so GO GREEN BAY!

Re: Championship Weekend Games Thread

What is it with Cutler? I'm interested to see if tests show any serious injury, because he is gonna get crucified like LT in the Conference Championship game a few years back if it turns out it was something minor or something completely made up to avoid the talk of benching your star qb in the Conference Championship game. I saw Cutler on the sidelines, and as someone who has seen many a player with many a knee injury on the sidelines, he didn't remind me of someone who would fall into that category at all. He looked more like he was in the "benched" category than the injured category.

Wow, the Chicago fanbase isn't happy with Mr. Cutler.

Chicago fans burn jersey of losing QB…

Cutler is getting eviscerated by the Chicago fans on ESPN. Here's a one of my favorites.

Well time to go burn my Cutler jersey. There is no way I would want to be seen in public with it on...
Oh snap

It certainly looks like Cutler pussed out.
A lot of Bear fans I know are calling for his head.

Oh and Shaun Suisham is going to the Super Bowl.

Re: Championship Weekend Games Thread

People are speculating a torn ACL, but i think thats a lie. Cutler was walking without even a limp and i just think that he wimped out. He is supposed to get an MRI today, so we will see what happens.

Having had a torn MCL, and meniscus in my career, I can say that even though they were both minor surgeries, i definatley knew i was hurt when it happened, and for a few days until the surgery, i definatley was limping....

from what I understand, a torn ACL is a very big deal when it happens...
