Do you think, then, that Winslow would have the cajones to ask Monk if he could wear #81?

Even if Monk gave Winslow permission to wear #81, do you think there would still be a lot of outraged Redskins fans, simply because Winslow had the gall to ask for Monk's number? Like you said, wouldn't that in and of itself be a little disrespectful-- that he would think he's worthy to wear the number without having played a single snap in the NFL?

Where does everyone else stand on this?
