hey SC, i've actually had that done to me when i was 16... four times... its not bad, except the nurse's assistant shaves the area, then the nurse takes a turn, then the lab tech tries to shave closer, then the surgeon tries again

either way, its not too bad, i never had to spend a night in the hospital, you're lower area will stink of iodine for a week though... they couldn't conk me for any of the procedures, but most people get drugs and sleep through the whole thing.

Well, they did find a heart in there. For the record, the doctor said it was the darkest one he ever saw and must be filled with bad feelings.

He tried to inject me with some of the "milk of human kindness" but my body rejected it.

They did find a 70% blockage in my right coronary artery and worked on that with an angioplasty (a small balloon on the end of the catheter that they expand and contract several times to squeeze away the stuff that creates the blockage). I spent a night in the hospital and feel fine now.

By the way, in case anyone was wondering, there have been no breakthroughs in hospital food recently.
