Well they are different in that these are IEM the QC15's are outside the ear. I have used the QC 15's and I think they are great, however I need earbuds for work and travel. I can't speak on behalf of Matty, but my set has great mid-range sound. Extremely clear music and decent bass. It also has customizable filters which change the sound, based on preference. __________________ Vacancy
