Was DM exactly who we thought he was, for me yes. Will we survive, and start building picks going forward. I like to think so. I like that next year we have all our picks plus the Raiders 4th rounder. So again, if we win anything last year, or next year GREAT, but by year 3 I would expect the Skins to be consistent challengers for the Division and Conference. Let's hope our collective hearts can wait that long!

You mean 2012? Next year I believe we are missing a 3rd and 4th rounder but have a extra picks later on.
