Also, the "two years or bust" type of mentality is part of the problem. Yes we are all frustrated by years of ineptitude exhibited from our front office, but at the same time, we need to give the new coaching staff a chance to actually turn things around. Lets see what happens with the draft/FA and then see how next season goes if and when it starts. If the defense is still at the very bottom and shown no signs of improvement, then we'll make a decision at that time. Until then, let's show some patience.
