Why is Haslett still our DC?

I for one, wasn't thrilled with our defense under Blache(sp?) because it seemed they would never step up and "win" a game. If it was close, or we needed a stop, you knew it was a loss. This year, I saw a defense that was statistically worse, but made key stops to either give us a chance or to secure a lead. I liked that difference far more than I disliked the statistical difference. Now, if next year we are statistically just as bad, then that will be a different story.
