Nice Public Schools sounds like an oxymoron. I'm sure it exists in private schools, but on a much, MUCH, smaller scale.

Really? You mustn't have attended a Fairfax county public schools. Most of them are really nice.

The "bullying" in nice public school systems tends to be much more social than physical.

Which is worse as it is more likely to cause long term emotional damage and social dysfunction. And it sometimes leads to suicide.
