Do we also agree that he's not particularly good at making those gambles?

I think Ed Reed is a player who really is right more than he's wrong when he drops coverage and gambles, and generates a disproportional amount of turnovers. More turnovers in 10 games this year than Hall had in 16. Reed also might be a hall of famer some day, so perhaps it's a bad comparison. Point is, I don't think big play gamblers also have to be poor coverage players. Ed Reed, I don't think, is better than average at covering, but he's at least that.
