Believe it or not, leadership accounts for more than you can imagine. Teddy Bruschi comes to mind.

What are you talking about? Even after Gibbs left Vinny and Danny were going after the high character guys.

You only need 1 or 2 leaders on the field at a time. After that you need players. Ever heard of "too many chiefs and not enough Indians"?

Think about the guys that slipped in the draft because of Red flags and went on to be very successful.

Randy Moss comes to mind.
