Kind of like Brian Orakpo huh?

I kinda like VY and Beck dishing it out for the starter position this year.

Thing that worries me though Quake is Kerrigan is a Big Ten hog from Indiana. Those hogs tend to be hogs. Orakpo is a warm weather guy, which means a whole different way of playing. Not saying kerrigan can't make the adjustment like Brian, just saying it might no go as smoothly or as quick. Big Ten is power football, not known for speed. Kerrigan was a great pick, but if we wanted a 3-4 OLB, we should have drafted one and picked Kerrigan to shore up the DL.

Kerrigan's measurables are quite similar to Rak's. In fact, he had a better 20 yard shuttle and 3-cone drill than Rak.

You are still banking on one player turning an entire franchise around. I honestly can't believe you're so adamant about this, being that you're a fan of the team.

Re: Skinsfaninok's Available NFL QBs Poll

From ESPN.com:

"News to me," a Redskins source tells Eric Edholm of Pro Football Weekly.

Edholm says there's not much chance of the Redskins trading for Young. "The source did not believe a trade was imminent," Edholm writes, "because Shanahan has put a premium on collecting -- not giving away -- draft picks since coming aboard to right the ship."

If Young is released by the Tennessee Titans, would the Redskins pursue him in free agency? "Although signing Young after he's released isn't out of the possibility," Edholm writes, "it might not be of the highest priority."

I don't know who this source is, and if he's someone inside the Redskins organization. But if he is, what the hell else is he supposed to say? "Yes, we totally plan on signing a player who's currently under contract with another team"

I had to go with Alex Smith, on potential alone...Kolb couldnt even beat out McNabb. (Enough said)

And fortunately for them they were smart enough to pick up Vick so they were able to trade away McNabb and now it looks like Kolb as well. Must be nice.

Kerrigan would struggle more as a 3-4 DE than he will as a 3-4 OLB. He's the perfect size for OLB.
