Huge, huge win...but c'mon Caps, I don't need this much excitement in round 1!

One step at a time. This is a Rangers team that came in with a goalie that posted 11 shutouts and destroyed the Caps 15-1 over the course of their last 3 meetings. They also needed to learn that they're capable of beating the proverbial "hot goalie."

Nuevy is a keeper. If he continues to play this way then Varly is as good as gone as the team will opt to keep Nuevy and Holtby.

No more one step at a time. They need to make it at least to the conference finals or it's another wasted season in my opinion
