If you're mad that Flip didn't try to win the game against the Cavs, that's another story... That loss last night was crucial for lotto balls- the chances of getting a top 4 pick would have dropped precipitously had they beaten the Cavs. Wiz would have been in a three way tie for the fourth-worst record (since Jersey and Sacramento lost).

it just seems like it's the same story at the end of each year now, it always ends with "promise". i just am a firm beleiver that the wiz have the worst mentality you could possibly have at this point. when the young players come in they seem promising and are frustrated with being on a losing team. then fast forward a year or two and their laughing and making fun new rookies after they make a mistake in a loss. to me that seems like a vicious cycle. the team just doesn't seem to have a winning personality and are content with losing.

i think a whole hell of a lot has to do with flip being the coach. he strikes me as a coach that can take a team to the next level, not build a young team from the ground up. and to his credit he wasn't brought here to bring up a new team he was brought here to coach "the big three" and win with them.

i'm not a huge bball, but to me it seems like this team is just chasing it's tail and needs new leadership in the front office, on the sideline, and in the looker room.
