I think the rumor about moving up is a smokescreen to enhance pick value.
That said, those who say that we have no ammunition are forgetting draft picks from 2012 being used. Also, a guy from the Houston Chronicle could know something through a Kyle Shanahan connection.

Yeah I understand 2012 but do we really want to start letting those go also? Honestly if we would do that and draft Gabbert then he's the guy from day 1 , just like Sam last year and Matt Ryan a few years back. I just don't see any way this will happen
