Perhaps I generalized a bit to much.....
Anyway, as others have pointed out, I think it represents...and reinforces Shanny's philosophical change in the teams attitude of TEAM first and I like it. I also think they are tired of dealing with assholes and prima donnas.....who can blame them. So am I!
