IMO, it looks like the skins are trying to build a solid team then place then place that franchise QB into the mix much like BAL, NYJ, ATL, etc...

I have seen teams that looked worse in the offseason surprise me when the actual season started. No need to "be honest" since we basically know nothing at this point.
