You are totally taking what i am saying the wrong way. If someone were to be doing that to the point that the neighbors know who they are and what they are doing than it has become the neighborhoods buisness. But to just suspect they are doing something isnt enough for me to get involved. Im not saying i would turn a blind eye to all the goings on tho
