Israel still has the best army in the Middle East, a population eternally on war footing and a mindset that makes it clear they will not be anyone's pushover. It would take a huge committment from the Arab World to make a war on Israel that would have even a possibility of success.

Egypt not going to lead it, Jordan isn't about to renounce its peace agreements and Saudi Arabia is all but in the US's pocket (again, an oversimplification). That leaves Syria, Libya, Iraq & Lebanon as potential opponents and each have far far too many internal problems to worry about fighting for the Palestinians who are now 3 and 4 generations removed from their displacement.

While Arabs and Jews will continue to kill each other b/c they can. Nukes are not about to fly over that patch of dirt.
