After reading the latest article on Brandon Banks trying to put the stabbing behind him I decided to check on his assailant Jason Shorter.

Apparently, he picked up some serious charges while he was on release pre-trial for the stabbing case. Less than 2 weeks ago (on or about May 18) he was found to have an unregistered/unlicensed firearm and ammunition in a vehicle (I think it was his, a honda, he got a ticket in MD for a honda) which violates alot of laws including the conditions of his release in the stabbing case.

A review of the stabbing case shows that it may be dismissed but now Im not so sure what is going to happen since hes picked up 5 new felony charges.

Above is a link where you can put in anyones name and see what cases people have in DC. Md has a similar database for free as well but VA requires a fee to search. Just plug in Jason for first name, Shorter for last and he has 2 cases.

Just a good database in general to check up on roommates, girlfriends, coworkers etc
