Re: Meet The Candidates: 2012 GOP Thread
The fact that Bachmann won Iowa says a lot about the people of Iowa.

He has only himself to blame. The really sad part is that he really tried hard to reinvent himself as out of the mainstream conservative only to reinvent yourself again. Should have kept it real from the get go...good to see another fraud bite the dust. He did go out with a bang though: Tim Pawlenty And Rep. Michele Bachmann Spar In GOP Debate - YouTube

Even if Palin gets in at this point, it's a three way race between Perry, Romney and Bachmann. My guess is either Jon Huntsman or Newt Gingrich will be the next casualties. |

Newt has a 2 inch gash on his neck...I really don't know how/why he is still standing. The will to be in the spotlight and sell his book is strong in him.

Prison Planet.com » Jon Stewart Destroys Media For Ignoring Ron Paul
It's a shame that Ron Paul gets shit on so much by the media and the GOP, but he is by far their best candidate. Listen to Jon Stewarts slam on the media about how they've done Ron Paul. Hands down the most intelligent person in that group of candidates. He absolutely destroyed them in that debate.

I mean I'm guessing she probably didn't know either way, and someone on her staff said hey you know today is Elvis' birthday. But someone's got to be on top of that

Re: Meet The Candidates: 2012 GOP Thread
But Palin would spin this somehow....she would release a statement the following day stating something like, she would explain "she wish Elvis Happy B-Day cause his death marked the his real birth into the kingdom of heaven. yada yada yada" She toss a bone to the religious right while still appealing to all southerns by name dropping Elvis. Palin would never admitt an error or mistake...if anyone said otherwise she just go Lamestreet media or gotcha question...blah blah blah.
