And I think what Daseal and I mean by better is that, the more the ball is thrown to him and the more opportunities he has to make plays, the better receiver he is.

We're not saying that everytime he gets a ball, his overall skill level permanently increases. I mean there is definitely no fact to this opinion at all, it just seemed in his seasons before this last one, when he was thrown the ball more often, he didn't have as many drops and made some pretty good plays.
