Again, I'm baffled at folks being happy about his death. Is anyone who gets behind the wheel after a few drinks immediately a walking POS who deserves to die and the world would be better without? But can you mount any rational argument that the world is not better off?

Sure you can be emotionally appalled at the thought, but can you refute the logic? Your moral reaction to these statements really doesn't get you anywhere. I'm personally not interested in how anybody feels about Ryan Dunn, nor am I interested in how anybody feels about my reaction to Ryan Dunn's death.

Feelings don't interest me, I just like to be right. And I am here. So don't bother with the moral high horse nonsense because nobody cares, convince me that it's wrong to say the road is safer with Ryan Dunn dead.

First of all, the only one on a high horse here is you (shocker).

Secondly, if you don't care what anyone thinks about your feelings towards Ryan Dunn and his death, why do you post said feelings and react to people's reactions?

Third, I'm not here to convince you of anything. I don't like that people are happy about his death, but that's on them. You're playing the "I'm the asshole for the sake of being the asshole" card (again, shocker), and I don't really care for it. It's whatever.

I initially posted I was glad, but as you surely noticed backed down from that, because when I thought about it I really had no emotional reaction at all.

So ultimately, I'm not posting any feelings. I'm posting thoughts. Which is what one does on a thoughtful discussion board. If I want to sit around and sing kum ba yah about everyone's feelings, I'll attend my wife's wine club.

I'm also not being an asshole for its own sake. I'm just being right. If that makes me an asshole then OK, I never really cared about that label.
