Free Agency/Franchise Tag thread 2011

It's going to be interesting when this shortened free-agency period starts, especially with the lower payroll teams being "forced to spend" so to speak to meet salary floors. These teams that are going to need to spend a lot in a short period of time to meet the salary floor may wind up overpaying for FA's in a scramble to better the team and meet their salary requirements. This of course will drive up market value for available guys.
