Should T.O. be a first ballot Hall of Famer?

I don't think those 2 will get him in the HOF. I am willing to put money he won't be first ballot and am not 100% about him getting in.

Do you see Steve McNair in the HOF? He was a co-MVP one year. I would put McNair over T.O. any day.

What about Roman Gabriel? He was the NFL MVP and Comeback Player of the Year. We could go on - Randall Cunningham, Terrell Davis, Roger Craig, Phil Simms, etc, etc.

There are lots of guys that are very good. T.O. was/is a great individual player, but I don't see him contributing to a team. After all, football is a team sport.
