Well, seeing as deals cannot be signed until Friday, I think that invalidates your claim. (or troll)



That said, is making proposals to FA at this particular time even worthwhile? Even if they agree to terms, there is still 2-3 days in between where somebody else could come along and swoop them up.

Well Rocky's a free agent so I'm not exactly sure he'd be released.
