Santana Moss reaches agreement with Washington on a 3-yr deal for $15 million with $5 million signing bonus and $6 million guaranteed.

According to Shefters twitter.

Charles Johnson, Carolina Panthers agree to six-year, $72 million deal, source says - ESPN

Wow, for that kind of money they just could have tried to keep Peppers. 11.5 sacks without being a marked man and they give him that kind of money?
