Wright's sermon wasn't an issue for me at all because I watched it in context. There are consequences to every action including that of a nation. Now, a lot of people take what Wright said as support for Osama and the murder of American citizens. I don't and neither did 58 million people who voted for him. As for Bachmann, I could careless about this controversy though the irony is quite rich. I am amused that Bachmann would quit the church and try to distance herself from a church that says Catholics revere the anti-christ as their leader while trying to covet the support of catholic republicans like SS33. Religion...a comedy of errors.

I understand why politicians do what they do, but stand up and explain your beliefs and let the American people decide (Catholic or otherwise), don't run from them. This is very similar to Obama throwing Wright overboard.
