3-4 ILBs are like 4-3 MLBs.

3-4 OLBs are essentially standing pass rushers who have to a little linebacking.

Using Kerrigan as a 3-4 ILB would be equivalent to trying Rak at 4-3 OLB, which we did in 2008.
