So it's one of three things 1.) he actually will be depth 2.) Someone (TW or Jammal) is maybe struggling with an injury or 3.) They slide Locklear in at LG and make Kory L. your primary interior reserve lineman. If Locklear can play inside, I'd love to see #3.

Regardless, now with Trent Williams, Jammal Brown, Chester, Locklear (plus Kory L. and the later draft guys we've gone after) you really can't say we've ignored the offensive line these past two years.

Read a report recently (can't remember exactly where) that Lichtensteiger was strugling slightly with his pass blocking. If there is a change at all it could come at LG. Heard any details on Locklear's contract? May give a clue as to what role he'll play.

I love the Locklear signing.
However it seems we keep getting these 70% guys instead of 85% guys.
Mehhhh....I'm an old Hog fan, bigtime.
I'd sell the farm for top OL talent.
