I don't think this is close to true. I would not put him in the top 30.

What he is here is a good scheme fit. He's not aggressive, but he'll stay over the top, keep the game in front of him, and be in position to make interceptions off of deflections. He's a huge tackling upgrade over Kareem Moore.
