Whether the curent trip Obama is on is a campaign trip or not is up for debate.
However, having some knowledge of what's done to these types of hardened vehicles, $ 1.1M is a pretty good cost. Gas mileage on that thing must be about 1-2mpg, glad to see Obama supporting Big Oil. (maybe he's got some Haliburton stock, and that could be why he won't bring the troops back, I wonder if MoveOn cronies will be outside the WH with "No Blood for Oil" posters).
