Everyone knows what it is even the people on the left are saying its a campaign trip. As president you get a few of those on the taxpayers $ but once again his timing is poor and the timing on the bus just in time to start campaining. He is not the smartest guy.

Serious question here, when is the right time? Congress is in recess, unemployment won't be appreciably better in the foreseeable future, and he is afterall doing town hall meetings.
