I think the Skins should keep both Royster and Helu. I would go with

Hightower
Helu
Royster
Torian - get's hurt too often.

Young
Williams

I would drop Sellars.

Wideouts

Terrance Austin over Banks

Not likely they'll keep 4 RBs and 2 FBs. I think it more likely they go 3/2 with Williams being the backup FB who can swing to RB. That means that Royster to me is probably practice squad. No worries though I am sure he ends up on the active roster at some point. I think our RBs have been an absolute revelation this pre-season...but I am thinking mostly we actually have linemen who have the skill-set to execute our running scheme. Last year..not as much.
