Well, I should clarify. I was specifically talking about players who can turn the corner on an NFL linebacker if it's the difference between 4th and 3 and a 1st and 10. The pool of QBs who can run up the middle through open space after completing a progression is much, much bigger than the group I was lumping Tebow in.
