Sellers had his day when he was playing a lead blocker role in the Gibbs offense, but in Shanahan's offense you could tell last year he didn't know who to block in the zone schemes. Missed a lot of assignments, and he's older now so he wasn't as quick to make up for mistakes with quickness. He's gone. Big ups to him for a nice Redskin career.

Young is a threat to block and act as the release valve for Beck or Rex, something any QB could use, especially those who aren't that established.

I don't think K Williams makes the roster. I think Helu and Hightower are the locks, it comes down to Torain vs Royster for the last spot. I'd go Royster, he's healthier and clearly makes pass blocking a priority.
