On the Banks return, I did not see a good view fromt he goal line, maybe when he held the ball out it passed the goal line then started moving. OR was too close to overturn the ruling on the field.. Either way Banks , well any returner should either run it through the endzone or hand it to a ref and that will eliminate that ....
