Im not really a fan of Cuccinelli but i am adamantly against Obamacare and highly respect him on his efforts. 2 of the 3 judges were appointed by Obama and the third was appointed by Clinton. This was the expected verdict, however; still a blow to getting this thing dismantled asap.
Everyone expects this issue to go to the Supreme Court and like SBXVII this ruling doesn’t sound like it was based on the constitutionality of the law, rather VA's right to challenge it (although I have no understanding on how to interpret this stuff).

The law was also upheld earlier this year in Cincinnati based on the ruling of a conservative judge appointed by George W. Bush.
