Like JoeRed I think its partly the vets happy that the circus is gone and trying to keep it gone, but also the young and new guys who are trying to prove themselves and don’t really have any part or care about whats happened in the past. Really great to see. With a team this young its very important because most these guys need all the time they can get meshing together and learning to be better players.

I agree. I still think this is an 8-8 team but they are not going to be "out worked" any longer by another team. They might not play well all the time, but it will not be due to lack of preparation and the will to win. BIG change over the last 10 years around this organization and just happy to see it!

Yep. And thanks for picking up on the fact i meant to say it "wasnt" Shanahan, not that it "was" Shanahan.

I too believe we are more of a 8-8 team than anything else but in the sense that we are more of a 9-7 than a 7-9 team….. meaning we’re not a struggling 8-8 team we are solid 8-8 team. I love having no big ego guys on our team. The biggest ego guys we have are Hall, Trent Williams and LL. Its a good thing that thats not saying much. Good vibs right now.
