Re: Skins vs Cardinals pre-game thread
Skins 30
Cards 27 I do hope the Cards secondary really is that bad and we kick their ass, but this one feels like it will be tight for some reason. |

Re: Skins vs Cardinals pre-game thread
I think this is a fairly big game as far as early tests go. Even if we go into Dallas 2-0 and lose there, we know we get another shot later on.
Hopefully Hightower finds his groove and can rip off a couple of long ones. I expect to see a little more of Helu Sunday. Maybe 5-10 touches? Skins 30 Card 13 |

Re: Skins vs Cardinals pre-game thread
That's a question we probably could ask prior to each game before the bye-week. We have a starter that played with our first four opponents...would be first five if McNabb was still here.

Re: Skins vs Cardinals pre-game thread
Skins 41
Cards 13 The Panther's offense rolled all over their D. The PANTHERS! Also, their only real weapon is Fitz. He may get behind our secondary for a score if Landry is missing, but I expect our D to shut them down even more than we did the Giants. Kolb has never impressed me. Beanie Wells is mediocre, will probably get injured this game.

Now as far as a prediction goes, I think their passing offense is obviously the main thing we should fear, but I still see us winning by about 10 points as we have both a decent passing attack against their suspect secondary and a solid rushing game especially if we see more packages with Helu and/or Torrain to mix it up. and we r finally getting pressure on defense without blitzing, but when we do blitz mcintosh, fletcher, hall, etc were getting atleast a hit on Manning almost every time.

Re: Skins vs Cardinals pre-game thread
Would like to see the run game continue to progress and the passing game should be expected to pick up any slack against the Cards lackluster secondary. I think Arizona will be able to challenge the Skins D a little more in the passing game then the Giants did. Fitz is a tough matchup and will probably be able to get his. This should be a good opportunity for Rak and Kerrigan to show what kind of pressure they can apply as a tandem. I see a competitive game that the Skins are able to finish in the 4th quarter.

Re: Skins vs Cardinals pre-game thread
Wow.. Reading the Cardinals forums makes me think we have like 20 undercover Redskin fans out there. Or they are just bigger realists then we are lol..
2/3 of their predictions have the Redskins winning by a touchdown+
