Re: Around The NFL week 2
Since Tom Brady and Cam Newton already have their own threads, I thought I would keep this on this thread. Props to Ray Ray for reaching this milestone: 2,500 tackles.

Re: Around The NFL week 2
Let's all take time and bask in the glory of our NFC East leading 2-0 Washington Redskins... everything looks so beautiful from the top.

Re: Around The NFL week 2
Yeah.. Now we face a rival in Dallas who will be missing a few players it looks like, and potentially Romo. If we come out with a win here, and go to the Rams the following week. We could be looking at 4-0 entering the BYE!!!!
Rams looked sloppy tonight.

Re: Around The NFL week 2
Pass rush is still strong for Dallas and the Lambs. For the Skins, that means both games will struggles. We are not cakewalking anyone just yet. That might come later in the season as they climb that learning curve.

Re: Around The NFL week 2
I'd try not to look that far ahead Bucket.
It's nice and that would be a feat, but you can never just count wins like that until the game is played.

I'm a fan. I'm looking far ahead as possible. That's why i'm a fan because I can hope! If I was a player it would be different.

Didn't really know where to post this, but i noticed that on that play where Grossmans pass got batted up in the air and he swatted it down that he was actually trying aim that swat at Helu for a completion. did everyone else notice that and im just completely oblivious?

Re: Around The NFL week 2
anyone catch the giants d faking injuries last night to slow down bradford and the rams. the rams drove right down the feild killing the giants with their no huddle and when they got to the 7 two giants took a dive to stop play. the rams ended up getting a fg after about a 4 minute stoppage. imo this is cheating and hopefully goodell can take some time away from handing out fines for hits and fine the shit outta both players on the giants that went down. if they don't nip this in the bud i could easily see it getting way out of hand.

it will undoubtedly be a very case to case type of reveiw, but to say the only way to fine them is if they admit there was an injury is not the awnser. in some circumstances it might not even have that large of an impact of the game it self. in this instance though the rams were running their hurry up to precision and had the giants gasping for air and were most likely about to score. instead the giants have two guys go down faking injuries and slowing down the rams offesnse, while not having to burn any of their timeouts. the giants then get a break and get to regain their composure. it's just wrong. i really think goodell has to do something to the giants be it the staff, the players, or both, the latter being my preference. they did this on mnf with the whole country watching, this is the prime time to set an example.

Re: Around The NFL week 2
I see. Albert Haynesworth's next stop. Big Blue. They could use his fine acting skills.
