i never noticed just how bad his footwork is on some throws and the correlation to his tendency to throw wormburners until he got here. i still think he was a heck of a QB but am amazed how he was able to not correct or be forced to correct something like that for so long in the NFL. its just mindblowing that he seems to absolutely refuse to hear any criticism or input on changing his footwork.

I think the funniest part is he refused to work on his footwork here, refused to wear a wrist band, gets traded, ..... and ends up having to work on his footwork and is supposedly wearing a wrist band. What about his soooo important image?
