Judging from the pic it is hard to imagine (and some large zoo's in the general area) that some qualified people could not have been rounded up to tranq most of these guys. I mean how many hours had they been out and they are still in the area?
It wasn't like jailbreak in the animal world. Frequently when an animal gets out of it's enclosure under similar circumstances, more often than not it just wants to get back its "home" and will try to get back voluntarily
